About Julie

Julie is passionate about bringing out the best in people and teams.

She is proud to have served as a Spanish teacher and administrator in CT Public Schools for nearly fifteen years.  She founded a consulting business in 2016, serving educational leaders and communities to navigate change with clarity and purpose.

Though Julie has just recently joined the ALP leadership team full time, she has served ALP partner communities for the last two years on projects ranging from strategic planning and micro-credentialing, to scalable resource development, and Girls Who Game, North America.

Julie is inspired everyday by the people and communities ALP gets to work alongside and is energized by the power we have to make amazing things happen when we listen, reflect, and learn forward, together.
